When you place your work order, we need to know your
name, your company's name, your email address, and your
mailing address. This allows us to process and complete
your order and to notify you of your order status. We
also need some information about your company in order
to form a creative concept in accordance with your company’s
goals.
Legal Rights Agreement:
Upon receipt of your final payment all the rights concerning
the final contract work will be transferred to you automatically.
ProjectExpand will not hold any rights to the project
except for being able to use it in our portfolio for
an unlimited period of time. All the concepts created
during your project other than your final design will
remain the posession of ProjectExpand.com and you will
not have any rights to use them without our express
written permission. The client is free to register his
/ her design work created by ProjectExpand under his
/ her name or trademark.
